Honey, you’ll be glad to know there’s no eye of newt or toe of frog in our brew. We only brim with good stuff!
We start with unfiltered apple cider vinegar containing the “mother”, jam-packed with beneficial yeast and bacteria, a by-product of fermentation. We then add organic vegetables and herbs like ginger, garlic, chillies, and mint, which macerates (lacto-ferments) for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. We then filter the golden liquid and add honey for our original brew, no honey for our vegan option.
